Our salmon is sustainably caught by our owner and female crew in Bristol Bay, Alaska aboard our gill netter, F/V Holly Ann.

The skin is tanned, dyed and coated with epoxy for a waterproof seal. Each piece bears a remarkably unique hue and texture as individual as each salmon.
